We do not advise our customers to go into the shower with the bracelet. If you wash your hands, please be careful with soap on the bracelet. It can chemically react to the gold. Nothing will happen if you take it on and off every day. Also, nothing will happen if it's in touch with water only! You can clean the gold with a glasses cleaning cloth.

For all the Gentil Style Jewellery bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.gentilstyle.com. You have 30 calendar days to return the bracelet(s) for a refund, exchange or store credit. After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible. For an exchange or store credit, we accept Gentil Style Jewellery bracelets with the original tags attached, and there must be no sign of usage. For a refund, we accept Gentil Style Jewellery bracelets with the original tags attached, and there must be no sign of usage. There is a restocking fee of 10£ per order. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
You will receive an email confirming the registration of your return from our return department and your refund will reach you within 3-5 business days after that. Returns for exchanges will typically be processed for shipment the next day. If you haven’t received an email within two weeks from the date that you returned your package, please contact our customer service team with your order and tracking number.
